efficient staff lovely staff easy access
i have stayed here many times over several years. the staff are consistently lovely and efficient. one staff member, lorraine, was particularly cheerful and helpful during lunch service. the location also provides easy access for disabled drivers with ramp access and clean, relaxing facilities.
The breakfast menu was the same each morning. The menu could have been more varied.

great location helpful staff relaxing areas enjoyable breakfast
the location was great it was scenic and close to the dart station. the staff were very helpful and friendly. i could relax in lovely areas in the hotel there were sea views. breakfast was enjoyable and had good variety.
the outside of building and rooms need some attention the building just needs paint. the room is a bit tired with some minor issues.

mixed feelings about this hotel.

smelly carpet public toilets
the carpet in my room smelled stale, even though the room looked clean. i found this quite unpleasant. public toilets also had an odor, it was disappointing. these issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.

short walk spacious room dated bathroom unproofed door
the location was ideal. it was just a short walk to the train station. our room was spacious and very quiet (which i appreciated).
the bathroom seemed dated with an older style. the room door wasn't very soundproof. i could hear noises from the hallway.
